CSS Commercial Cleaning Ltd Terms and Conditions of Trade Basics

These terms and conditions are an outline of conditions of trade made between the business CSS Commercial Cleaning Ltd.

These terms and conditions are governed and construed in accordance with English Law. If any part of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, then the remainder of these terms and conditions will not be affected but will remain valid and enforceable.

Services

CSS Commercial Cleaning Ltd always aim to provide customers with the best quality services at a good price.

Payment

All invoices issued by CSS are due on the invoice due date.

Payments must be received in full on the due date specified on each invoice.

Credit Accounts

Depending on the customer’s status, CSS Commercial Cleaning Ltd. may offer a credit account. Please contact us for more information. Payment terms for credit accounts are starting from 15 days to 30 days depending on the status of each client. After 30 days we reserve the right to charge interest at bank rates plus 8%.

Any discrepancies found on invoices must be reported immediately and supported in writing within 7 days of receipt of the invoice.

CSS Commercial Cleaning Ltd. reserve the right to cancel a customer’s credit account at any time at the management’s discretion. If there is an outstanding balance when an account is cancelled, any monies owed will become due.

Price

All prices are subject to VAT.

Whilst we aim to display the correct price for a service, on occasion that price might not be the latest and correct amount. All published and labelled prices are an ‘invitation to treat’ in English law and CSS Commercial Cleaning Ltd reserve the right to change or alter that price at the point of purchase.

Cancellation of Cleaning Agreement:

Notice Period: Clients may cancel a scheduled cleaning service by providing at least 1 months’ notice prior to the next scheduled service.

Liability

The Company is not liable for any frustration of any contract of sale, purchase, service or repair caused by strikes, labour disputes, accidents, extreme weather or any other cause beyond the Company’s control and outside the ordinary and reasonable contemplation of the parties at the time of the contract. In such an event, CSS Commercial Cleaning Ltd shall use reasonable endeavours to offer the client alternative services, if such can be found and are acceptable to the client (such acceptance not to be unreasonably withheld). In the event that this is not possible, however, the Company’s obligation to the client extends up to, and is limited to, the full refund of any deposits held.
